Hosted MCP connector

Plan from the training you actually did, not a stale spreadsheet.

Connect Intervals.icu to Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients through hosted icuvisor. Your assistant can read training context, review recent work, and help shape what comes next without running a local server.

Connected to Intervals.icu.

Use your Intervals OAuth login. Hosted icuvisor fetches calendar, activity, wellness, fitness, and workout data only when an authorized MCP client asks for it.
