Use ICU Visor when your AI client needs a hosted MCP endpoint.
ICU Visor works in two modes: run the local binary when your client supports it, or use this hosted HTTPS connector when the client needs a public MCP URL.
https://connect.icuvisor.app/mcp
Smallest trust boundary.
Use the local icuvisor binary when your MCP client can launch a local process or reach a local server. Your Intervals credential stays on your machine.
One HTTPS connector URL.
Add the hosted URL to Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Desktop through mcp-remote, or any client that supports Streamable HTTP MCP with OAuth. When Claude Desktop asks for an MCP server name, use icuvisor or icuvisor-hosted and avoid dotted names such as Intervals.icu.
You choose the toolset.
Start narrow, then opt into calendar writes, broader tools, or delete-capable tools from settings when you explicitly need them.
Add one URL, then sign in.
- Add the hosted MCP URL to your AI client as a custom connector. If it asks for a name, use
icuvisororicuvisor-hosted. - Choose hosted preferences and sign in with Intervals.icu OAuth.
- Return to the client and finish its connector flow.
- Ask about your training block, recent workouts, readiness, or race plan.

Training questions grounded in your own data.
How am I absorbing this build block?
Compare my last four threshold workouts.
Plan next week around Saturday's race.
Review readiness before I write workouts.
Built for serious Intervals.icu context.
Training calendar
Events, planned workouts, race dates, notes, and schedule context.
Activities and intervals
Recent sessions, splits, streams, power, heart rate, pace, and segment detail.
Fitness and readiness
Fitness trends, power curves, wellness, fatigue signals, and daily context.
Workout authoring
Structured workouts and calendar changes stay behind explicit write preferences.
Hosted is optional.
Hosted mode stores the authorization records needed to connect your MCP clients and encrypted Intervals OAuth credentials. It does not store AI conversations, prompts, tool responses, raw activity archives, wellness history, or calendar contents beyond transient request processing.
Manage access anytime.
Open settings to revoke MCP client grants, adjust write preferences, or delete your hosted account.
